The careful handling of personal data is an important part of our mission.

Of course, we adhere to laws and regulations, including the general data protection regulation, and we are committed to confidentiality with customer, supplier, applicant and employee data in our role as trading partner/employer.

Processing of personal data

Logistics service Provider Agroworld processes personal data for the purpose of providing its logistic services.

We process personal data within the framework of customers, suppliers, applicants in accordance with established purposes and legal bases that have been elaborated in this privacy statement for each component. The data processing and retention period are limited to what is necessary and are also indicated by component.

Customers and Suppliers

We process customers and suppliers with the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email

The basis for this processing is the agreement we have concluded with customers and suppliers.

We process personal data from customers and suppliers for administrative purposes and the execution of the agreement.

The retention period of the relevant personal data is during the execution of the agreement and then at least 7 years under the statutory tax retention period.

Access to business premises and premises

In the context of camera surveillance and access registration we process the following personal data:

  • Camera images of persons
  • FirstName, last name, and company name

The basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in the context of security.  

We process personal data from employees, customers and suppliers for the security of terrain and property. The aim is to protect employees and visitors and prevent crime and fraud including sabotage and theft of goods.

The retention period of the personal data is limited to 4 weeks. In the situation that an incident has been recorded, the images in question are retained until the incident has been handled.

Applicants

Information about the application is only used for the purpose for which it was provided, namely the recruitment of personnel for the purposes of executing our services. We remove your application data no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application period.

We ask for your permission when we want to keep application data longer for a period of up to 1 year after the termination of the application process.

Employees

Employee information is used only for the purpose for which it was provided, namely to give effect to the employment contract.

We process employees the following personal data:

  • Insert;
  • Surname
  • Telephone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Place of birth;
  • Homeland;
  • Nationality
  • Payroll data;
  • Copy ID;
  • Copy driving licence;
  • BSN number;
  • Bank details.

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized and unlawful processing.

Personal data are transmitted outside the EU

No, we do not provide personal data outside the EU.

Minors

We only process personal data of minors (persons over 16 years of age) if they have been given written permission by the parent, caregiver or legal representative.

Your rights

We remind you of the right of access, correction and deletion.  You also have the right to rectification, data exchange, limitation of processing and the right to transferability (Dataportabiliteit) in the event of consent and agreement, if processed via automated methods. You have the right to revoke the given consent for a particular processing. You may object to the processing of your personal data.
