Processing personal data
Using our services
When you register for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal data. This data is then used to allow us to perform the service. We will not combine this data with other personal data in our possession.

Clients and suppliers
For clients and suppliers, we process the following personal data:

- email address
We process personal data pertaining to clients and suppliers for administrative purposes and to perform the agreement. The retention period for the corresponding personal data is the duration of the performance of the agreement, followed by a period of at least 7 years, based on the legal fiscal retention period.
Access to business premises and building
For camera monitoring and access registration, we process the following personal data:
- Camera images of individuals
- First name, last name and company name
The legal basis for this processing is our justified interest concerning security. Processing takes place to protect employees and visitors and to prevent crime and fraud, including sabotage and theft of goods.
The retention period for the corresponding personal data is a maximum of 4 weeks. If an incident is recorded, the corresponding images are stored until the incident is resolved.
Job applicants and employees
Data pertaining to the application is only used for the purpose that it was provided for, i.e. recruiting staff. We will delete your application data no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application period. We will ask for your permission in case we want to retain your application data for a period of a maximum of 1 year after the end of the application procedure.
